- August 2026The clasp
The spring in a new batch was below our standard. We stopped production and wrote to every customer with an open order.
Every batch of springs goes on the gauge before it is used.
- July 2026The first ten
The first ten chains of a new run, gone through one at a time. That batch cost us five things.
One link on one chain was spaced slightly off. It went back.
- June 2026The samples
Pre-production samples, measured and tagged. The 8mm read 7.90, 7.91 and 7.82.
We hold an 8mm to a tenth of a millimeter.
